This morning, I weighed 158.0#, no change from yesterday. I had a good food day with no cheats, so there were no problems there. This morning, I am going to the gym to work out. I’ll be taking it easy.
Reasons my weight loss may be slower than some:
- I take medications that cannot be eliminated.
- I am perimenopausal.
- I started the day TOM did. (I was anxious to start, and TOM came only two weeks after the last one.)
