1/2 cup vegetable broth
2 Tbs minced onion
5 oz collard greens, chopped
1 Tbs lemon juice
1 tsp hot sauce
1/8 tsp konjac powder
1. Sauté the onion in a little broth. Add collard greens and continue cooking until tender, 5 – 10 minutes. Add more broth as necessary.
2. In a separate cup, stir together lemon juice and hot sauce. Quickly stir in konjac powder, add to collard greens, and mix together until collard greens are coated.
