Recipe: Spiced Chix Waldorf

2 stalks celery, chopped
1 apple, chopped
67 g Gardein Chick’n Strips

Dressing

1 Tbs lemon juice
1 Tbs apple cider vinegar
12 drops liquid stevia extract
1/8 tsp allspice
1/8 tsp cinnamon

  1. Place celery, apple, and chix in bowl.
  2. To make dressing: In a small cup, combine lemon juice, vinegar, stevia, and spices. Mix well.
  3. Pour dressing over celery, apple, and chix. Mix well to blend flavors.
