Recipe: Rice Protein Shake

1 cup cold water
1 oz rice protein powder
12 drops stevia extract
6 drops Capella Flavor Drops

  1. Put water into blender and turn it on. Add protein powder, stevia, and flavoring while the blender is running. (This prevents lumping and sticking to the side of the jar.)
  2. Let it sit while you prepare the rest of your meal. (This allows the rice protein to soften, since it can be gritty if consumed right away.)
  3. Blend again.
