Recipe: Pea Protein Shake

1 cup cold water
1 ounce pea protein
12 drops stevia extract
6 drops flavoring (I used New York Cheesecake flavor from Capella today.)

Put water into blender and turn it on. Add protein powder, stevia, and flavoring while the blender is running. (This prevents lumping and sticking to the side of the jar.)
