Recipe: Onion-Garlic Collard Greens

1/2 cup vegetable broth
2 Tbs minced onion
2 cloves garlic, minced
5 oz collard greens, chopped
cayenne pepper to taste

Sauté the onion garlic in a little broth. Add collard greens and continue cooking until tender, 5 – 10 minutes. Add more broth as necessary. Season with cayenne pepper.
