Recipe: Creole Vegetable Gumbo

2 tsp Better Than Bouillon Vegetable Base
2 cups water
2 Tbs green or white onion
2 cloves of garlic crushed and minced
1 cup tomatoes chopped
3 Tbs tomato paste
1 Tbs apple cider vinegar
1 dash vegan Worcestershire sauce
Cayenne pepper to taste
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
Liquid smoke hickory smoke flavoring to taste

1. Mix vegetable base into water.
2. Sauté onion and garlic in a little of the vegetable base mixture.
3. Add tomatoes, tomato paste, and broth. Mix well. Add the spices and vinegar. Simmer for 20-30 minutes. Serve hot and garnish with fresh parsley.
