Recipe: Chix Tacos

67 g GARDEIN Chick’n Strips
¼ cup vegetable broth or water
1 Tbs chopped onion
1 clove garlic crushed and minced
1/8 tsp oregano
1 pinch cumin
Cayenne pepper to taste
Fresh cilantro chopped
2-4 large lettuce leaves

In a small frying pan cook chix in broth with onion, garlic, and spices. Deglaze pan with lemon juice or a little water. Serve chix taco style in butter lettuce or romaine leaves.
