Recipe: Chix Curry with Apple

1/2 cup vegetable broth
1 tsp curry powder or to taste
1/4 tsp turmeric
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4¼ tsp onion powder
67 g Gardein Chick’n Strips, cubed
1 apple, chopped
1 Tbs minced onion
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
Cayenne to taste

Dissolve spices in broth in a small saucepan. Add chix, apple, and chopped onion. Sauté chix and apple in liquid until fully cooked and liquid is reduced by half. Additional water may be added to achieve desired consistency. Serve hot or cold.
