Recipe: Chinese Chix Salad

67 g GARDEIN Chick’n Strips
1 Tbs lemon juice
1 Tbs Bragg’s liquid aminos
1 clove of garlic crushed and minced
1 Tbs minced green onion
4 cup Cabbage

Dressing
2 Tbs Bragg’s liquid aminos
1 Tbs apple cider vinegar
1/8 tsp ginger
1 pinch red pepper flakes
Cayenne to taste
Stevia to taste
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste

Brown the chix strips with lemon juice, 1 tablespoon Bragg’s, garlic, and onion. Slice cabbage into fine strips. Steam lightly until the cabbage has brightened but is still crunchy, about 2 minutes.
