1/2 tsp konjac powder
28 g rice protein powder, plain
2 cups water
1 tsp Better Than Bouillon Vegetable Base
1 clove garlic, minced
1 Tbs onion, minced
1 dash asafetida
1 1/2 tsp curry powder
1/2 tsp cumin
cayenne pepper to taste
1/4 head cabbage, diced
1 package shirataki noodles
- Mix konjac powder into rice protein powder and set aside.
- Mix vegetable base into water. Pour a couple of tablespoons of the vegetable base mix into a pan. Set the rest of the vegetable base mix aside. Add garlic, onion, asafetida, curry powder, cumin, and cayenne to pan and sauté until aromatic.
- Put remainder of vegetable base mix into blender and turn it on. Add rice protein mix. Blend until mixed.
- Add cabbage and protein mix to pan. Bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer until cabbage is tender, stirring often.
- Rinse shirataki noodles under running water until the smell is gone. Add to cabbage pan and heat.
