1 5-oz. package arugula greens
67 g Gardein Chick’n Strips
1 orange
1 Tbs chopped red onion
1 serving Citrus Ginger Dressing/Marinade
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste

Prepare and wash arugula. Lay chix strips on top of arugula salad and top with orange, onion, and dressing.
